Recipe of the Best ever Gulab Jaman (گلاب جامن)
Gulab Jaman is one of the favorite desserts in our Indian subcontinent. There is no age limit for it. People of all ages eat it and is favorite of all. So today I am teaching you how to make Gulab Jaman.

Ingredients:
Ingredients for Gulab Jaman
- two tablespoons of flour
- one tablespoon of khoya
- one tablespoon of semolina
- half a teaspoon of baking powder
- one egg beaten
- Oil as needed.
Ingredients for Sheera:
- half a kilo of sugar,
- about a liter of water
- ten crushed small cardamoms.
Step By Step Recipe:
Method for Gulab Jaman:
- Now Khoya and mix the flour well.
- Add semolina, baking powder, egg and oil as required and knead.
- Then make small pieces of it. It depends on your choice how you make round or oblong pieces.
Method For Sheera:
- Take water in a pot and add sugar and cardamom powder and make syrup on low heat.
- Heat oil in a pan and add Gulab Jaman. Fry well and add to the syrup.
- Take it out after half an hour.
It is so difficult to make this delicious Gulab Jaman.
