Elderly people say that breakfast should be like kings. Having breakfast is very important for human health because the metabolism of the human body works better in the morning. Improved metabolism means that whatever you eat for breakfast is well digested by working hard throughout the day and provides energy to the body.

Indigenous breakfast made all over Pakistan is very popular not only at home but also abroad. These include pies, nahari, non-gram, pratha, halwa puri, pathore, lassi and tea.

Ghee and butter are commonly used in local breakfasts. They have a special aroma and delicious taste.  I will tell you the recipe of potato parathas for breakfast eaten in one such morning today.





Ingredients

Flour, teaspoon of green chilli, two large onions. ginger. A quarter of the green coriander. Slightly crushed hot spices. A teaspoon of dried coriander. 


Method:

Mix a pinch of salt in the flour and knead well. Then boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them. Grind salt, red pepper, green pepper, hot spices, coriander, cumin, green coriander and ginger in it. Make small lumps of flour and roll them out. Place one layer of potato on top of the other layer of potatoes and cover both sides well so that the potatoes do not come out. Bake it like bread and put it on a hot plate. Red on both sides over low heat. If you eat it with butter, potato prathas will be very tasty.
