Ingredients:

  • Two tablespoons of chicken breast
  •  Salt to taste
  •  one tablespoon of crushed ginger garlic
  •  two tablespoons of crushed onion
  •  one tablespoon of crushed red pepper
  •  one teaspoon of turmeric
  •  one tablespoon of coriander
  • one tablespoon of white cumin Spoon
  • Crushed hot spices one teaspoon
  •  Soy sauce two tablespoons
  • Vinegar two tablespoons
  • Yogurt four tablespoons
  •  Oil four tablespoons 

Method:

  • Wash the chicken breasts and keep them in the freezer for ten to fifteen minutes, then cut them into pieces. Add ginger, garlic, salt, garlic, turmeric, red chilli, vinegar and soy sauce and marinate.
  • Then heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until golden.
  • Add vinegar and mix lightly and sprinkle yoghurt on it. Cover and cook on medium heat to dry the chicken.
  • Finally sprinkle with roasted chopped coriander, cumin and hot spices and put on the tail over low heat.
It will take half an hour to prepare and at least one hour to cook and this dish is enough for five people.
