Recipe of Baked and Stuffed Chicken Legs

Ingredients:

- Greens (any: parsley, dill, green onions) - 1 bunch
- Milk - 2 tbsp. l.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Chicken liver - 100 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Hot chili peppers - to taste
- Salt to taste
- Soy sauce marinade - for greasing

The most important thing about stuffed chicken legs is the filling. The more successful it is, the tastier the dish will be. If you have never tried adding olives, olives to poultry, then be sure to try. That's all that is required for that very "successful" filling. I guarantee the stuffed legs will come out "lick your fingers".
So let's get started. First,
- We break one egg into a bowl. Add greens to it. If there is no greenery, then do not even start the recipe. It is the greens that are very important in this recipe. It mixes with the egg and spices and creates some "boundaries" between the pieces.
- Add milk. Add spices and salt. I added hot chili powder and fragrant freshly ground black pepper.
- Now olives. Be sure to take both black and green. They differ in taste and at the same time create a beautiful contrast. Remove the seeds and cut into large pieces. If the olives are pitted, it will be enough to cut them in half.
- Chicken liver adds another flavor! Cut it into large pieces too, let it be visible in the finished product.
- Peel, wash, and then cut the raw carrots into cubes.
- Stir the filling well.
- Now let's get into the legs. It is necessary to carefully separate the skin and it is important not to tear it. It is removed like a stocking and chopped off to a stump. The meat itself is removed from the bones and cut into pieces.
- It's even easier further! We stuff the skins, the main thing is not to stuff them.
- Sew or pin off the cuts.
- Now you can bake. We spread the stuffed legs on a baking sheet and grease with soy sauce with marinade.
