Recipe of PIZZA ROLLS

INGREDIENTS DOUGH:
- 250 gr of flour
 - 125 ml of water
 - 20 ml oil
 - 3g yeast
 - 4g of Salt
 
FILLING:
- 80 gr of tomato sauce
 - 1 cooked chicken fillet
 - 200g of grated cheese
 
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl add the water and yeast, then add flour and salt, incorporate all the ingredients well and knead for 5 minutes until you achieve a soft and elastic dough.
 
- For a better result of the dough, it is recommended to use warm water, this will help the dough to ferment better.
 - You can also let the dough rest covered with plastic wrap for 20-30 minutes. This will help improve the texture of the dough considerably. .
 
- Roll out the dough on a floured counter and add the tomato sauce, the shredded chicken fillet, grated cheese and chopped cilantro.
 
- The filling of the pizza rolls can vary according to the ingredients you want, you can add heavy cream or béchamel, different types of meat or cold cuts.
 
- Roll up carefully and cut about 2 cm. Put rolls on an oven tin and bake at 180º Celsius for approximately 15-18 minutes. Serve hot.
 
- When rolling, be careful that the filling ingredients do not come out of the dough.
