Recipe of Vegetable Tarts
Ingredients :
- Mix vegetables half a cup
- Salt to taste
- Dried garlic powder half a tsp
- Flour one and a half cup
- Chicken powder one tbs
- Crushed black pepper one tsp
- Powdered sugar half a tsp
- Thyme half a tsp
- Three-quarter cup of butter.
Method:
- Mix vegetables into carrots, peas, beans and small pieces of custom vegetables. In a non-stick pan, fry the vegetables in a tablespoon of butter, then add salt, garlic, chicken powder and a tablespoon of flour and fry.
- When it becomes fragrant, add half a cup of water or fresh cream and cook till it thickens. Sprinkle pepper and thyme and take it off the stove.
- To make a tart shell, put a cup of flour in a deep bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt and sugar, then add chilled small pieces of butter and beat with an electric beater. Also add one to two tablespoons of ice cold water. Then knead it lightly and cover and refrigerate.
- Preheat the oven to 180C and sprinkle dry flour in a small aluminum foil tart pan. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Put it in a tart pan and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes before baking. Then lightly glue with a fork and bake in a hot oven until golden.
Presentation:
- Put the prepared vegetable mixture in these tarts and enjoy the evening tea with custom sauce and ketchup.
Note:
It will take you half an hour to prepare it and 20 to 25 mins to prepare it.
