 Apple smoothie with banana and orange juice is a healthy and tasty refreshing drink that will be enjoyed by the whole family. Give it a try!!

 Ingredients:

  • Apples - 2 pcs.
  • Banana - 1-2 pcs.
  • Orange - 1-2 pcs.
  • Honey / sugar - to taste (as needed)
  • Flax seeds - 2-3 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon - 0.5-1 tsp
  • Ice - 3-4 cubes (optional)

Step-by-step recipe:

  • Wash and peel apples from seed pods, banana from peel. Cut bananas and apples into medium sized pieces. Juice the oranges (you need 150-200 ml of juice).
  • Cut the banana and apple
  • Place bananas and apples in a blender bowl. Add orange juice and, if desired, flax seeds. Whisk everything for a few minutes, until smooth.
  • Place fruits and flax seeds in a blender
  • Add cinnamon powder, honey, or brown sugar to taste. Whisk still for about 1 minute.
  • Add 3-4 ice cubes and beat in ripple mode for another 30 seconds, or simply crush the ice and add to the drink. 
  • Pour the drink into glasses, add a straw and serve. Banana and apple smoothie with orange juice is ready.
