- Banana - 1-2 pcs.

- Honey / sugar - to taste (as needed)
- Flax seeds - 2-3 tsp
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5-1 tsp
- Ice - 3-4 cubes (optional)

Step-by-step recipe:
- Wash and peel apples from seed pods, banana from peel. Cut bananas and apples into medium sized pieces. Juice the oranges (you need 150-200 ml of juice).
- Cut the banana and apple
- Place bananas and apples in a blender bowl. Add orange juice and, if desired, flax seeds. Whisk everything for a few minutes, until smooth.
- Place fruits and flax seeds in a blender
- Add cinnamon powder, honey, or brown sugar to taste. Whisk still for about 1 minute.
- Add 3-4 ice cubes and beat in ripple mode for another 30 seconds, or simply crush the ice and add to the drink.
- Pour the drink into glasses, add a straw and serve. Banana and apple smoothie with orange juice is ready.
