In winter, our body needs vitamins more than ever. I would like to offer you a very tasty and healthy fruit salad made from carrots and apples with honey, raisins and nuts, the ingredients of which are optimally combined and assimilated. 


 Ingredients: 

  • Carrots: 1 pc;
  • Apple: 2 pcs;
  • Walnuts: 20 gr;
  • Raisins: 20 gr;
  • Honey: 1.5 tablespoons
  • Lemon: half.

Step by step recipe 

  • Grated carrots


  • Raisins and walnuts 


  • Sort the raisins and rinse in a colander, let the water drain. Finely grind the walnuts in a mortar.



  • Put the carrots, nuts and raisins in a salad bowl, add 1.5 tablespoons of honey and sprinkle with half a lemon. Mix all ingredients well, cover with a plate and leave for 20 minutes.



  • Meanwhile, peel the apples and cut them into thin petals.




After 20 minutes, add the apples to the rest of the ingredients in a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients thoroughly and serve as an independent and very tasty dish.
