 Women are keen on making Shaami kebabs, but they are not as good as they used to be in the markets. And women want cooking to be done in such a way that everyone likes their hand-made food. Use things properly. To make the food taste better and to improve the way you cook it as much as possible and cook it in such a way that it looks great. And this taste should be added to the food as well. And for that you should use the things in it as much as possible. It will make the kebab taste good and it will look very good.


Ingredients for making Shami Kebab:

  • Chicken 
  • Lentils
  • Potatoes
  • Salt
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • Onion
  • Crushed red pepper
  • spices
  • Egg
  • Cumin
  • Mint
  • Coriander crushed
  • Yogurt
  • Oil for frying kebabs. 


Recipe for making Shami kebabs:

To make shami kebab, first you soak the gram and keep it overnight. Then you take a pot and put so much oil in it. You can lightly brown the onion in it and fry the mince or chicken etc in it. And put onions in it and then when the onions start to turn light brown. So mix a tablespoon of garlic paste and a tablespoon of ginger paste in it. And then you mix white cumin, mint, yoghurt, crushed red pepper and ground curd in it and mix so much water in it. That the lentils melt in it. And boil whatever is qeema or chicken. And then you grind whatever the chicken or qima is. And then you mix all this paste and then. When the water dries with the lentil spices. And when it cools down. So mix it all up. And you can mix a small amount of basin in it. And then you can make it into pieces. And then you put the oil. On a low heat and let it heat up. When the oil is hot, add kebab pieces and cook. And let them cook until golden and cook the kebabs on low heat like this, then they will be better. And when the kebabs are ready, put it in a butter paper and then decorate it with it. Put the salad leaves and green chillies in the plate and you can also cut the lemons. And you can put coriander leaves on top of the kebab. And with this you can make very good kebabs. And this will make the kebab plate look very beautiful and it will be very tasty to eat.
